- Age criteria for admissions are as given below. The child must fulfil the minimum age requirement as on May 31st of the year in which admissions is sought
| Pre KG | 3 years complete by May 31 |
| KG 1 | 4 years complete by May 31 |
| KG 2 | 5 years complete by May 31 |
| Grade 1 | 6 years complete by May 31 |
| Grade 2 | 7 years complete by May 31 |
| Grade 3 | 8 years complete by May 31 |
| Grade 4 | 9 years complete by May 31 |
Issue of Application:
- Apply online from Oct 18, 2023.
- Please pay Rs. 500/- for the application form via online payment.
Submission of Application
Duly filled application and the documents below may be submitted online along with the following particulars . The following documents should be produced at the time of admission.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Address proof
- Copy of Aadhar card of candidate
- Copy of Community Certificate (If Applicable)
- Passport Size Photo
- Copy of Income/ Salary Certificate of parent/s
- Proof of payment towards Application form
Interview process
If the candidate qualifies the required criteria for admission, the date and time of the first interaction will be intimated via email.
- The final round of Interview with the Management will be subsequently informed.
- On completion of the final Interview, the candidate will be intimated via email to proceed further for admission.
Admission Process
You will be required to complete the Admission Form and make the fee payment to complete the enrolment process at the School Office.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Good Shepherd Centenary School reserves the right to cancel the admission / registration of the student during any period of the academic session. Once the student admission process is completed, no refund of fees to the student would be entertained.
If the parent chooses to withdraw the admission of the student from the school for any reason whatsoever, no refund of amount paid would be given back.
If for any reason, the parent / student has paid in excess ofthe required amount at any time during the academic session either by credit/debit card, Electronic Fund Transfer or cash, the excess fee amount collected would be adjusted against the ensuing term payments.
